# Nathan Lazo — Nathan Lazo's Universe

> Nathan Lazo is a software engineer from Mexico, founder and CTO of The Noro, a software studio. He builds web, mobile, Web3 and real-time 3D products with TypeScript, React, Next.js and Three.js, has mentored and judged Web3 hackathons and spoken about the metaverse, and writes about software, AI agents and founders. As Roger Rave he is a DJ and electronic music producer.

How it works: an interactive WebGL universe. The visitor pilots an alien saucer across a 360 × 360 space diorama split into districts joined by light paths. Docking at a plate opens its panel. Skills are stars in a constellation around the skills planet, collected by flying through them. Asteroid fields are physical, and mini-games sit between districts.

- I love creating things. I can't remember a time when I didn't.
- At 16 I wrote my first program: a tiny three.js app. It taught me JavaScript and WebGL, and I've been hooked ever since. This galaxy is a nod to that first scene.
